Is there a minimum amount order?

Yes, the minimum amount order is 100 € Ex Works our factory

Can I pay by credit card?

No. Payment should be made by bank transfer on our company account (bank details are given at moment of this order)

Which is the lead-time for delivery?

Can I order online?

No; this is not an online store.
To get a quote, there are 2 solutions:

• Contact us by using the contact form on our website
• Send us an email at commercial@savigny-sas.com for French customers, or at export@savigny-sas.com for Foreign customers

How can I find quickly the right item?

On the home page of our website, you'll find a search field where you can enter the product reference if you know it.
Our home page also allows you to click on a product category, where you'll find all the products offered in that category.
You can click on an item to find its technical specifications.
If you can't find the product you're looking for, please contact us by e-mail at commercial@savigny-sas.com for French customers, and at export@savigny-sas.com for foreign customers.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery costs are calculated at the time of quotation according to the order's packaging and your location.

Can I order if I don't have a customer account?

Yes, all you need to do is give us all your details (billing address, delivery address, e-mail address, telephone number, VAT number) so that we can create your account in our system.

Which are the conditions of payment:

For all 1st orders under €500: payment on proforma invoice 100% in advance.
For all orders over €500, we will consult our credit insurer to obtain guarantees and grant you better payment terms.
